Returns Policy
New, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive the refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to any address in Australia. However, international customers please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will book and then send shipping details for you to be able to track your item. Depending on the shipping provider , shipping date estimates may vary from 1 to 10 business days (normally 2-5 business days).
We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.90! For orders over $100 shipping will be free. For bulk orders, shipping will be sent along with the quotation.
